Animations For Juniper Education
During my employment at the Web Design company Juniper Education/PrimarySite I specialise in creating animations to sit in the headers of schools’ websites, often using photographs taken in the school, the idea often being to try and show Intangible elements of the schools’ ideals; such as the ambitions and futures they wish to provide for their young pupils, against their realworld background.
I did not design the websites that hold the animations, they were created by fellow Designers at PrimarySite.
The animations are created using After Effects and Photoshop.
Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust
Where as many schools wanted illustrative animations, Robin Hood wanted a inspirational text focused animation timed too music, this was a fun project that pushed the bounds of my creativity and skill.
Lindens Primary School
Here the School wanted to show how their unique classroom designs, decorated in different themes, allow their pupil’s imaginations to thrive.
The Welldon Park Academy
Welldon Park Academy used photo manipulation and subtle animation to show the extent of the children’s imaginations.
Millbrook Primary School
This school wanted subtle animation over photographs, which were edited in Photoshop to enhance the image.
They also had a difrent animation for their nursery pages
Oxley Park Academy & Nursery
Oxley Park wanted to show the potential that the pupils could achieve, through science, sports or general academics.
William Torbitt School
The school like the idea of showing the potential futures of the school children, this time they drew on careers that previous students had gone onto do.
St Botolph's Church of England Primary School
Here the school wanted the animations to tell a connected story through the three slides they had commissioned, to this end we showed magical creatures lead children to a theme park.
Batley Multi Academy Trust
The original animation used for Batley Multi Academy Trust was then used as a starting point for other animations through out the trust.
Priestmead Primary School & Nursery
Here the school wanted to show off several different areas around the school and the potential futures or ideas that the areas could inspire.
Newton Farm Nursery, Infant & Junior School
Newton Farm really wanted to show off the story telling of the animations and lean into the theming of the different areas of their school campus.
